Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered. By placing an order you agree to the timeframes and terms set out below. All timeframes are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) and are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery Times
Every order goes through two stages: dispatch (your order being prepared and sent) and transit (the time the courier takes to deliver it). The total delivery time is the two combined.
United Kingdom: 3–5 working days dispatch + 5–7 working days transit — total estimate 8–12 working days.
International (Worldwide): 10–14 working days total (dispatch and transit combined).
Personalised items (name and/or number printed on the product) are made to order. These may take towards the longer end of the estimates above, as production begins only after your order is placed.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is placed, not the date it is dispatched. During busy periods (for example around major tournaments) timeframes may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
- United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.
- International: Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Tracking is provided on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
- International delivery times can be affected by customs processing in the destination country, which is outside our control.
- Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
- Please check your country's import rules before ordering if you are unsure.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping cost.
Delayed or Missing Orders
- If your order has not arrived within the total estimated time above, please contact us so we can look into it.
- We ask that you allow a reasonable additional period beyond the estimate before an order is treated as lost, as occasional courier delays do happen.
- If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel non-personalised orders that have not yet been dispatched. Personalised orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
